How to Create or Join a Team
First, register yourself for the event. You will then be directed to a fundraising page. Here you can create or join a team. Existing teams will appear on a drop down menu. Pick the team you wish to join or click the button to create a new team.
Team fundraising makes the Good Grief Run & walk experience all the more fun and meaningful. When all your positive energy spreads through your team, you wind up raising more. Teams make a difference!

4th Annual Good Grief Run & Walk
Join Empty Arms Vermont for a 5K charity run & walk starting and finishing at Veterans Memorial Park in South Burlington. This is a family-friendly event for both competitive and casual runners and walkers. After the race, stick around for free Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, live music, kid fun and time together.
This event benefits the vision of Empty Arms Vermont, which is to foster a community of care, compassion and connection as families grieve pregnancy and infant loss.
